Mim of Mimink Studios is a self taught visual artist who specialises in creating artworks on wood and canvas using acrylic paint as her main medium of choice. With over 20 years of experience working in the art field Mim has developed her own unique form of abstract painting which has become her signature style and seen her win awards for Outstanding Artistic Contribution in the South Docks Arts Festival in 2018 and 2023.
She has recently developed a new range of vibrant contemporary works of well known iconic landmarks and places of interest through this abstract lense. Mim loves to pass the knowledge of her craft on through working with people of all ages teaching classes and workshops. You can usually find her selling her work on the famous railings of Merrion Square on Sundays (weather permitting) or different markets throughout the calendar year.
