'A highly anticipated 4-day celebration of Irish experimental music, audiovisual art, and multimedia performance.' - Four Four Mag
Alternating Current 2025 carries the theme ‘Urban Scores’. Drawn from Elena Biserna’s writing, the theme seeks to provoke responses which both score the city and use the city as their score. 2025’s programme took a multi-venue approach. Performances took place at Pepper Canister Church & The Complex, Depot. Interventions and broadcasts took place at Flux Studios & Gallery.
The festival featured several collaborations with leading collectives, including the International Community Radio Network (ICRN), LOOM, Radio Solstice, and the Reset! Network. These collaborations will come in the form of community-led broadcasts, panel discussions, and workshops.
